V1.1.2 of the SpringWidgets SDK is available!
We published a new version (V1.1.2) of our SDK today - adding the following features/functionality:
- "Right Click" menu support
- New Fixed Size widget template
- Option to remove Default Close Button
- Event for content pasting - (CTL-V)
- Title attribute in OPML
- Larger text node wrapping in OPML
We made these modifications based on the feedback we've received since our launch from developers and users in the community - so please keep the feedback coming.

As a relative newbie getting left behind in the mindsweeper of technology, I must confess that I cannot feign expertise on this subject . My bank of free time has a minimal balance.
I would, accordingly, request that SpringWidgets or someone else *list* **all the requirements** (software and plug-ins and widget generators etc) that are needed to create content for this platform. No assuptions barred. I assume that Macromedia Flash (not the viewer, but the creativity or producitivity software) is needed, plus the SDK plug-in.
Please list as well the kinds of content that can be included in SpringWidgets, such as text, image, newsfeed, podfeed, photostream, pdf, ebook, ...
Another website, dotreader.com is also trying to get an attractive, portable, universal format.
Being somewhat dim-witted rather than DOM-witted, I lament my unwieldy wheelbase, my lack of backbase, in all of these convolu-versations.
