SolidSnake, The reason you are not seeing the pop to desktop option is because the widget height is smaller than 132 pixels,the SpringWidget minimum height standard. Since the height of this widget is smaller than 132px,the pop option is not available.

the width of this widget is not resizeable, is there any chance to get this in 270 px wide? many blogs sidebar is even narrower, so you might wanna think about this?
